If you arrive at 9:00 am you may make your reservation after that time.
Please give yourself a buffer zone: reason being that going through customs at the airport may be time consuming.
Clients are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1 - 1.5 hours prior to departure due to time of day and traffic conditions.
This tour does not offer pick up from the airport.

If you do not need a transfer to the hotel from the airport on the first day, you may self transfer to the first nights hotel.
Your first nights hotel information will be given to you when your tour is confirmed.
Check in time is at 3:00pm. The tour guide must be with you at check in. If you arrive before the tour guide, you will have free time until he/she
reaches the hotel.

The nearest pick up location should be at Embassy Suites, 4400 South Rural Road in Tempe, Arizona 85282.
You should spend a total of 3-4 hours in Grand Canyon.

There is no free time in San Francisco unless you opt out of some optional tours during the San Francisco tour day.
The hotels booked will be in the union city / fremont region.
